III: SERVICE
YOBBRO offers an online platform that allows users to purchase Packages and manage files.
These Packages include:
-
Opening the client's file;
-
Compiling and researching administrative information for the customer file.
-
Integration of the file into our computerized management system.
-
When the situation requires it, for example due to the complexity of the file or exceptional circumstances, the use of a former police officer to analyze the police techniques used.
-
Assigning a lawyer to the client.
-
Requesting disclosure of legal evidence in the client's file.
-
Administrative and legal follow-up of the client's file.
-
Automated legal analysis of the client's file in our specialized case law database; and
-
The possibility of consulting with the lawyer by telephone or electronic communication as needed.
This does not include conducting a trial or any other legal action, as each case is unique.
During the legal consultation with the lawyer, the lawyer will advise the client on the next steps and you can decide together on the best course of action, with details of the fees.
In the event of any confusion or discrepancy between this Agreement and the mandate signed with a YOBBRO lawyer, the mandate shall prevail over this Agreement.
The lawyer assigned by YOBBRO to handle the client's case is a lawyer employed by YOBBRO, when the client or the court with jurisdiction to hear the client's case is in Montreal and its surrounding area.
Outside our territorial limits, which may be modified depending on our capacity, YOBBRO may refer the client to a trusted external lawyer, with whom the client will have the opportunity to complete their case.
When a case is referred externally, YOBBRO performs all the services listed above from the moment the case is opened.
The external lawyer will not charge the client for legal analysis and consultation but may determine with the client the scope and terms of the mandate if additional legal services are required, at the client's discretion.
In the case of a referral to an external lawyer, YOBBRO acts as an administrative intermediary and is remunerated solely through administrative fees.
Legal fees other than those included in the Package will be paid directly to the external lawyer by the client.
IV: REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
To benefit from YOBBRO's services, you must register on the online platform.
If you are unable to register on the online platform, you can also register by calling YOBBRO and providing your payment information over the phone, or by visiting YOBBRO's place of business in person.

Legal fees are billed as soon as the legal service has been provided and invoiced.
You will receive a registration confirmation email from YOBBRO. Once your registration has been received, a representative will call you to complete your file, if necessary.
You will be able to track your file and procedures directly from your confidential and secure YOBBRO account.
When you register online, you agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information about yourself and to update this information promptly if necessary to ensure that it remains accurate and complete.
